Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.


30-Day Return Window (UK & International Orders)

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at info@nutrimylk.co. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

 Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • This typically occurs within 10 business days

  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or supplements)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

🇪🇺 European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
 Items must be returned unused and in original condition, with proof of purchase.
